Endress+Hauser Liquiline CM442 Multiparameter Analyzer

Liquiline CM442 is a four-wire, two-parameter transmitter for analytical sensing applications. The Liquiline transmitter accepts data from two sensors and measures any combination of various parameters including but not limited to turbidity/suspended solids, nitrate, SAC (UV254), ISE, dissolved oxygen, pH/ORP, chlorine, concentration and conductivity.

Instead of using two single-parameter transmitters to measure two process variables, users can employ a single Liquiline. The CM442 Liquiline transmitter accepts any two Memosens sensor inputs, each with true hot plug-and-play capabilities via a digital interface link. This allows users to interchange sensors at will with immediate sensor recognition. Users can quickly and easily remove and replace each sensor for calibration, diagnostic and other purposes.  

Nicholson CoMBo Sanitary Steam Trap

The Nicholson CoMBo is an integrated, BPE compliant sanitary thermostatic steam trap design. It's combined condensate measuring inlet elbow, CDS-204 bellows and orifice offers industry leading sensitivity and high capacity. It is used in CIP/ SIP systems for condensate draining and can reduce the overall cost for skid manufacture as it requires only 6" for condensate back up. This lower skid height requirement will save on welds, overall validation expenses and standardizes the RTD location.

Extensive testing with the CoMBo has shown that condensate backup varies with steam pressure and condensate load. High sensitivity in combination with the industry's highest capacity means a minimum condensate cooling leg is required above the trap to achieve the required subcool. The CoMBo maintains condensate below the temperature trap inlet for loads ranging from 1 to 27 lb/hr (0.4-12 kg/hr) which are encountered during SIP maintenance of vessels ranging from 20 liters to 40,000 liters, respectively.

ProMinent DulcoFlex Peristaltic Pumps
